Purchasing & Shipping

Processing & Production Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
During peak times or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is personalized and begins personalization shortly after purchase, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, I cannot modify or cancel the order.

Shipping Information

I currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and carrier.

Please note: Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other factors outside of my control.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of my products, all sales are final.

I do not accept:

  • returns

  • refunds

  • exchanges

  • cancellations after the initial 12-hour window

Each item is created specifically for you, and therefore cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to me.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the problem

I will happily work with you to resolve the issues!
